By placing an order through this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions of our shipping policy.

Our goal is to ensure a smooth and efficient shipping process for both parties.

 

2. Shipping Costs

 

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in your order.

 

The shipping cost will be collected along with the purchase, and this amount will be the final price for shipping.

 

3. Delivery Terms

 

3.1 Domestic Transit Time (within Hong Kong SAR)

 

In general, domestic shipments take 2 to 7 days in transit.

 

3.2 International Transit Time (outside Hong Kong SAR)

 

International shipments generally take 4 to 22 days in transit, but this can vary greatly depending on the courier selected.

 

A more specific estimate can be provided during checkout.

 

3.3 Change Of Delivery Address

 

Orders placed before 12 PM HKT (UTC +08) will be dispatched the same day, otherwise, within the next business day.

 

Our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays. In such cases, we will ensure minimal shipment delays.

 

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

  

3.4 Out of Stock Items

 

"Unfortunately, the item you have selected is currently out of stock. We are working to restock as soon as possible.

3.5 Delivery Time Exceeded

 

If the delivery time has exceeded the estimated time, please contact Vervve for an investigation.

 

4. Tracking Notifications

 

Upon dispatch, customers will be provided with a tracking link from a shipping provider that allows them to track the progress of their shipment.

 

They will have access to the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

 

5. Parcels Damaged In Transit

 

If a customer finds that their parcel is damaged during transit, they are encouraged to reject the delivery and contact customer service.

6. Duties & Taxes

 

We have already included sales tax in the price of the goods. However, international shipments may incur additional import duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country.

 

This varies by country, and Vervve advises customers to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order.

 

If the customer refuses to pay the duties and taxes, the goods will be returned to Vervve at the customer's expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of the goods minus the cost of the return shipping.

 

The initial shipping cost will not be refunded.

 

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Vervve at the customer's expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping.

 

The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

 

7. Cancellations

 

Customers are able to cancel their order at any time before it has been dispatched.

 

If the order has already been dispatched, please refer to the Return & Exchanges policy for further details. 

 

8. Insurance

 

The parcels are insured against loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier.

 

9. Process for parcel damaged in-transit

 

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

 

For parcel lost in-transit, we will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
