At Vervve, we are committed to providing you with products of the highest quality. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are here to help.
Please send us an email at info@ver-vve.com with your order information and the reason for the return or exchange. Our team will get back to you promptly and only qualified requests will be considered.
*Customers are eligible for either one return or one exchange per order. Once a return or exchange has been processed for an order, additional requests for the same order will not be accepted.*
Returns
You may request to return merchandise within 7 days of receiving your order. After this time period, we are unable to offer a refund. Shipping fees and import duties or customs taxes on initial orders are non-refundable. Before sending back your merchandise, please email our team and submit a return request.
Return requests will only be accepted if the merchandise is faulty and the fault was due to Vervve’s responsibility. All items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.
We do not accept returns for merchandise that has been washed or has animal hair attached. Please note that merchandise purchased in special offers and promotions may not be returned.
If your return request is accepted, the customer is responsible for all associated shipping and handling costs.
Upon inspection and approval of the returned merchandise, our team will issue a refund to the original payment method and notify the customer. Vervve reserves the right to make final decisions and reject any returned product that does not comply with our return policy. Rejected items will be sent back to the original shipping address at the customer’s expense.

Exchanges
You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. After this time period, we are unable to offer an exchange. Before sending back your merchandise, please email our team and submit an exchange request.
